Started going to the gym and it's helping my mental health

About 3 months ago I was in a really dark place. Depressed, not sleeping great, just felt numb all the time. My doctor suggested I try exercising and I was like yeah sure whatever. But I actually started going 4 times a week and honestly it's made a huge difference. I feel more like myself again. Just wanted to share in case someone else is struggling too.
