Started therapy again and it's helping
After some rough months I finally called a therapist. First session was yesterday and I felt weird talking about this stuff but also lighter somehow? Like my brain needed to just dump it somewhere. Anyway just wanted to tell someone. If any of you guys have been thinking about it but nervous, I get it but might be worth a try.
That lighter feeling is real, man. Took me a while to open up to my therapist too but it's wild how just saying stuff out loud helps. Proud of you for making that call.
