Started therapy and actually feeling better
Been going to therapy for about 3 months now and I gotta say it's helping more than I expected. I was really hesitant to go, felt like I was failing at something I should be able to handle myself. My therapist helped me realize that's exactly the kind of thinking that was making everything worse. Anyway just wanted to put it out there in case anyone else is on the fence about trying it. It's not magic but it's working for me.
So glad you're seeing results. Takes a lot to actually commit to it and show up week after week. What kind of stuff have you been working through if you don't mind me asking? Always curious what helps other guys.
