Started therapy and already feeling a bit better
Just had my third therapy session and I don't want to jinx it but I'm noticing small changes. My therapist is helping me separate my self-worth from my performance as a dad and at work. Started doing some breathing exercises when I feel the anxiety creeping in. It's not fixed obviously but for the first time in years I feel like maybe I don't have to white knuckle my way through every day. Really recommend anyone on the fence about therapy to just take the leap.
