Started therapy and already feeling like it's helping
I was skeptical at first, not gonna lie. But my therapist asked me some questions that made me actually think about why I do certain things. She called me out on some stuff I've been doing for years without realizing it. Still got a long way to go but this is the first time I've felt hopeful in months. If you're thinking about it, just do it.
Keep going with it. The fact that you're already noticing a shift after a few months means you found someone good.
