Started therapy and honestly it's helping

Been going to a therapist for 3 months now and I'm not gonna lie it's been tough facing some of my stuff but I feel different. Less angry at my kids, sleeping better, not dreading work as much. My wife noticed it too which is huge. If you've been thinking about it but scared, just do it. Finding the right therapist matters though, took me two tries.

Props for sticking with it. I've been thinking about going myself but keep chickening out. How did you find the right therapist? Seems like that's half the battle.
