Started therapy and honestly it's helping
I was really skeptical about the whole thing. Felt like I should just push through whatever I was dealing with. But my wife kept pushing and I finally made an appointment. Had my third session yesterday and I'm starting to notice a real difference. My therapist helped me understand that a lot of my stress comes from trying to be perfect at everything. Just knowing that and having someone to talk to who doesn't judge has been huge. If you're on the fence about it I'd say just try it.
That takes guts. A lot of us guys think we just need to tough it out, but sounds like you're already seeing the difference. Respect.
