Started therapy and honestly it's helping

I was really hesitant about therapy because I thought it was just talking about your feelings to a stranger but I've been going for 2 months now and it's actually making a difference. My therapist helped me see some patterns I've been stuck in for years. I'm sleeping better, less irritable with the kids, and I don't feel as alone. It's not magic but it's better than white knuckling it. Took me 40 years to realize I should have done this sooner.
