Started therapy and I'm shocked at what came up
Been going to therapy for about 6 weeks now because I was having panic attacks. Started out thinking it was just stress about the baby but my therapist asked me about my own dad and man, I opened up about stuff I didn't even realize was affecting me. Turns out I'm terrified of repeating patterns from my childhood. Anyway just wanted to say if you're thinking about getting help, do it. It's actually changing things for me.
Good on you for getting the help, man. I did something similar after my twins were born and realized a lot of stuff was coming from way before they showed up. It gets better once you start untangling it.
