Started therapy and it's helping

Been struggling with depression for a couple years, tried to just push through it but finally went to a therapist last month. First few sessions felt awkward but I'm starting to see why people recommend it. Just having someone to talk to who isn't judging me is huge. Also got prescribed something that seems to be evening things out. Wish I'd done this sooner.
