Started therapy and wow
I was really skeptical about the whole thing but my wife basically said I need to figure my stuff out or we're in trouble. Had my third session yesterday and for the first time in like 5 years I actually talked about how much I hate my job and how small I feel. Feels weird to put it into words but also kind of relieving? Not expecting instant fixes but I can already feel something shifting.
How many sessions in are you? I found it took a few to really get comfortable but then things started clicking.
