Not gonna lie, I was skeptical. Felt like a waste of time and money at first but my therapist finally got me to talk about some stuff I've been holding onto for years. It's weird opening up to a stranger but it's helping. For anyone on the fence about it, I'd say just try a few sessions. Took me that long to stop feeling weird about the whole thing.

Skeptical here too until I actually started going. Once you get past that initial wall it's wild how much it helps to just talk about the stuff you've been carrying.
