Started therapy last month and actually feeling different

I know this is kind of a cliche post but I wanted to share because I almost didn't go. Been dealing with low level depression for years, thought it was just part of being a dad. Started seeing a therapist and we've been working through some stuff about my relationship with my own father. It's not magic but I'm sleeping better and I'm less irritable with my kids. If you're thinking about it, just do it.

Good on you for taking that step. A lot of us dads just power through thinking we should be fine, but getting help changes everything. Keep at it.
