Started therapy last month and wow
Just wanted to share because I've been hesitant about it for so long. Been dealing with depression off and on for years and finally took the leap. My therapist is actually really good and last week we had a breakthrough moment where I realized a lot of my patterns come from stuff I never processed. It's not a magic fix or anything but I feel like I'm actually moving in a direction instead of just being stuck. If anyone's on the fence about trying it, I get the hesitation but I'm glad I did.
Been there. Depression's a sneaky thing because it doesn't announce itself, it just shows up and makes everything feel heavy. Glad therapy is helping. How many sessions in before you started noticing a difference?
