Started therapy last month and wow
Just wanted to say if you're thinking about it, do it. I was super skeptical at first, spent like 3 sessions just complaining about the cost. But my therapist helped me realize I've been putting everything on myself for way too long. I have two kids and a wife and I thought I had to be the rock all the time. Turns out that's not actually how relationships work. Anyway, just sharing in case anyone else needed the push.
Seriously so glad to hear this. I've been telling myself I don't have time but that's probably the excuse talking. Three months in yet or still pretty new?
