Struggling to find time for self-care
I know I need to take care of myself but between work and kids and household stuff there's no time. I used to go to the gym and ride my bike but haven't done that in months. My therapist keeps saying I need to make time for myself but it feels selfish when there's so much that needs to be done. I'm running on empty and I know it. Any tips on how you guys carve out time for yourselves?
Two months in and I'm already realizing this is the struggle, so you're not alone. Even small pockets of time for yourself matter, otherwise you'll burn out hard.
