The loneliest place I've ever been is surrounded by my family

This sounds dramatic but I need to say it. I'm home every evening with my wife and three kids and I feel completely alone. Like they're all doing their thing and I'm just... existing in the same space. Wife's on her phone, kids are playing, and I'm sitting here feeling invisible. I know I should engage but I'm so tired and empty. Had this thought earlier that nobody would really miss me if I disappeared, which scared me. I should probably talk to someone about that, huh?
