The loneliness is real

Being a dad is amazing but man, nobody talks about how isolated you can feel. My wife has her book club, her friends come over. I go to work and come home. Weekends are kid activities. When do I get time to just exist around other adults? Feeling pretty alone in my own life right now even though I'm surrounded by people all the time.
