The loneliness is the worst part

My kids are 2 and 5. Wife works full-time, I work full-time. I don't really have friends anymore - they all kind of drifted when we had kids. Most of my time is work, kids, bed, repeat. On weekends we're doing kid activities. I can't even remember the last time I had a conversation with another adult that wasn't about logistics or schedules. Feeling really isolated honestly. Other dads - how do you keep friendships? Or is this just the deal when you have young kids?
