I feel this. Got primary custody too and it's weird because you're doing everything right but also doing it alone. The wins don't hit the same when there's nobody to high five at the end of the day.
Solo parenting is legit isolating. All your friends without kids are still out living their lives and the other parents at school are mostly couples. You're in a weird in-between space.
