Therapy actually helping
Started seeing someone 6 weeks ago for work stress and anxiety. Didn't think it would actually do anything but my therapist helped me realize I was bringing stress home and taking it out on my family. Learning some breathing techniques and how to separate work from home stuff. Already noticing I'm more patient with my kids. Way more expensive than I wanted but honestly might be the best thing I've done for myself in years.
That's awesome man. Six weeks is still pretty early but I'm glad you're already noticing a difference. How did you find the right therapist? I've been thinking about it but haven't known where to start.
