Therapy actually helping
I was skeptical as hell about talking to someone but my wife basically made me go. Been going for 3 months now and I actually look forward to it? My therapist helps me separate my anxiety spirals from reality. Still struggling but I feel less alone in this. If you're thinking about it, just try it.
Your wife sounds like a solid partner for pushing you there even though you didn't want to go. The fact that you can see the benefit now probably means a lot to both of you.
