Therapy has been a game changer for my anger
I used to yell at the kids over stupid stuff and feel guilty for days after. Started seeing someone 3 months ago and we've been working on my triggers and coping strategies. Realized a lot of it comes from my own dad stuff. Not perfect but I've snapped at them way less and they seem happier. If you're on the fence about it just do it.
This is real talk right here. Props for recognizing the pattern and actually getting help. A lot of dads struggle with that stuff silently. Sounds like it's making a difference for you and your kids.
