Therapy has been helping more than I expected

Started seeing a therapist about 3 months ago after my wife basically told me I needed to do something about my mood. I was skeptical as hell but decided to try it. The first few sessions felt pointless but something clicked around session 4. Just having someone to talk to that isn't my wife or friends feels different. Not fixed or anything but I'm noticing small improvements. If anyone's on the fence about it I'd say just try a few sessions.

That's awesome man. Takes guts to go when you're skeptical, but sounds like it's making a real difference. Your wife was right to push you.
