Therapy is actually helping
Started seeing a therapist about 2 months ago after my wife basically told me I needed to get my stuff together. I was skeptical at first, not gonna lie. But honestly it's been good to talk to someone who doesn't know my family and isn't judging me. Learning that I bottle everything up and that's probably why I snap at the kids over stupid stuff. Recommend it if you're on the fence.
Took me a while to get over the stigma of it too but yeah once I actually started going I realized how much I needed it. Two months is great progress. Keep at it.
