Therapy is actually helping, wanted to share

Started seeing a therapist 2 months ago for anxiety and general feeling of being overwhelmed. I was skeptical because I'm not really a talk about my feelings guy but honestly it's been good. My therapist helped me see that a lot of my stress is from trying to control things I can't control. It's not fixed but I'm handling the daily stuff better. If anyone's on the fence about it, I'd say give it a real shot. Took me a few sessions to open up but it's worth it.

This is great to hear. Took me a while to open up too, but therapy honestly changed how I handle stress around the house and with the kids. You're doing the right thing.
