Tried meditation and it's actually helping
So I've been pretty anxious about work and family stuff for like two years straight. My therapist suggested I try a meditation app, which I thought was stupid but I was desperate. Been doing 10 minutes in the morning before everyone wakes up and honestly it's the best part of my day. Still anxious but it feels a little more manageable. Anyone else do the meditation thing? Curious if other dads have found stuff that actually works.
Glad to hear meditation is helping you. I've been skeptical about it but hearing real results from another dad makes me want to actually try it.
