Weekend self-care routine that actually works for me

After months of my wife telling me I need to do something for myself I finally figured out what works. Saturday mornings I wake up early, make coffee, sit on the porch for 30 mins with my phone on silent and just exist. It sounds dumb but it reset my nervous system for the whole week. Don't need a spa day or anything fancy, just some quiet time.

Good for you man. Too many of us are running on empty because we think self-care is selfish. You can't pour from an empty cup.
