2 weeks in and I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing

Our son is 2 weeks old and honestly I'm running on fumes. My wife is recovering from a c-section so I'm trying to handle a lot of the night stuff but I'm so tired I can barely function. When he cries I panic a little because I never know if he's hungry tired or just needs a diaper change. We have a pediatrician appointment next week and I have like 20 questions written down. Does it get easier or do you just get used to being exhausted?
