4-month-old waking up at 4am every single day

Not asking for sleep training advice or anything, just venting that our schedule has become 4am wake time, can't get back to sleep, so we're up for the day. This has been happening for 3 weeks straight. My wife is destroyed. I'm destroyed. Our lives now revolve around 4am. We've tried adjusting bedtime, white noise, room temp, literally everything. Sometimes I wonder if something hurts but the pediatrician checked him over.

Just needed to say it out loud - I hate 4am.
