Angry at my partner over literally everything right now

This might be temporary but I need to know if it's normal. My wife will do something minor - not sterilize a bottle properly, forget to write down when she changed the baby - and I just feel this rage wash over me. I don't yell at her but I get this cold silent treatment thing which is worse. I know the sleep deprivation is talking but I feel like I'm being unreasonable about everything she does.

Has anyone navigated this? How do you not resent your partner when you're both barely functioning?
