Anyone else's 3-month-old just refuse the bottle out of nowhere?

My son was doing great with bottles, then suddenly at like 12 weeks he just started rejecting them completely. We've tried warming them, different nipple flows, different bottles... nothing works. My wife is back at work and I'm home with him 3 days a week and honestly it's stressing me out. Has anyone dealt with this? Is this a phase or are we doing something wrong?
