First kid due in 3 months, and I've been obsessing over the registry. Got: crib, bassinet, stroller, car seat, bottles, pump, high chair (for later), bunch of clothes. Am I missing something that will make the first 3 months actually survivable? Wife says I'm good but I keep feeling like there's some magic item I don't know about yet.
Your registry looks solid but real talk, get some blackout curtains for the nursery if you haven't already. The difference it makes for naps and early bedtimes is incredible.
Three months out is the perfect time. I'd add a good humidifier to the list though. Newborns deal with congestion constantly and it helps way more than people realize.
How many monitor systems are you planning on getting? We went with one fancy one and honestly a basic video monitor would have been fine. Just throwing that out there.
Don't sleep on a good white noise machine. Seriously one of the best things we got for the registry. Helps them sleep through random house noises and it's worth every penny.
Congrats on the upcoming arrival! One thing nobody talks about is how much you'll actually use the car seat base. Get a good one that clicks in tight.

Honestly the bassinet is probably overkill if you have a crib. Most people end up just using one or the other. I'd say grab a solid changing table setup instead if you don't have one yet.
