Our daughter is 3 weeks old and during the day she's pretty chill but at night it's like a different baby. We feed her, change her diaper, burp her, but nothing stops the crying. We've tried white noise, different swaddling techniques, everything. The pediatrician said she's healthy and gaining weight fine so we're not sure what's going on. Has anyone else dealt with this?
Three weeks in and the nights are the hardest. My daughter did the same thing - angel during the day, tiny demon at night. Our pediatrician said some of it's just their circadian rhythm trying to form. Doesn't help you sleep though. Hang tough.
Three weeks in is rough, man. My first daughter did the same thing - we eventually figured out she just had her days and nights flipped. White noise machine and keeping nighttime super boring helped us turn it around in a couple weeks.
Have you tried swaddling? Game changer for us. Also sounds like you're doing everything right with the feeding and changing, so it might just be the witching hour phase. Hang in there, it gets better.
Could be colic, could be hunger, could be just the adjustment. Have you ruled out the simple stuff like gas or needing a diaper change? My kids both went through phases like this and it usually meant something specific once we figured it out.

The difference between day and night crying is so wild. It's like they're a different baby. Both my kids did something similar. Usually it passes after a few more weeks. Keep the lights low, stay calm, and know that this specific phase won't last forever.
