Best gear under $100 for a new dad - what's actually worth it?

What I've found actually useful:

• Nested Bean weighted sleep sack ($45) - no joke, game changer for our 2 month old
• Bulk pack of burp cloths from Amazon ($20 for 6) - way better than the branded ones
• Owlet cam ($299 but split with in-laws) - expensive but reduced my anxiety significantly

What was garbage:

• That memory foam changing pad everyone recommends
• Diaper pail (just use a regular trash can)
• Special baby lotion

What am I missing? Any hidden gems under $100 that made your life actually better?
