Looking for places that are good for a newborn/young baby that aren't the typical mommy-and-me class vibes. My son gets fussy being at home all day and I need to get out but I don't really vibe with the Instagram mom crowd, ya know? Any other Denver dads have spots that feel more chill? Parks, museums, anything?
Check out the Denver Botanic Gardens during off-peak times. It's chill, your kid is getting air, you're not in a structured class environment. Plus they have benches everywhere if you need to feed/soothe.
The Denver library has some chill baby storytimes that are less intense than mommy-and-me stuff. Less performative, more just... bringing your baby and existing around other people
Honestly just walking around your neighborhood or a park counts as getting out. You don't have to join a class to not be home all day. Kid gets exposure, you get out of the house, everyone's happy.
This is real - the mommy-and-me class thing is rough if that's just not your vibe. Have you looked at like dad groups or just parent groups that aren't so structured?

Denver has some decent options - the zoo is newborn-friendly because you can stroller the whole thing at your own pace, and the natural history museum has a whole baby area. Neither are "mommy" vibes really.
