Bottle feeding question - are we doing this right?

We're combo feeding (breast and bottle) with our 3 week old. When we give the bottle, he seems to suck way more aggressively than at the breast. Is that normal? We've tried different nipple flows and it's still happening. Should we be concerned or is this just how some babies are with bottles? First time parent so might be overthinking it.
