Bottle feeding question for the group

Our daughter is 3 weeks old and we're doing bottle feeding. We keep seeing different temps recommended online. Some say room temp, some say warm. What are you guys actually doing? Also how do you know when she's actually hungry vs just wants to suck? She seems to want the bottle constantly and I don't want to overfeed her.
