My twins are 3 months old and I'm trying to figure out the right amount. We've been doing 4 oz every 3 hours but they seem hungry still. Some days they want more, some days they don't finish the bottle. Is it normal for them to regulate themselves or should I stick to a schedule? We started at 4 oz at that age too. The key thing I learned is watch for their hunger cues rather than sticking to a rigid schedule. Sometimes they'd want 5 oz, sometimes they'd be satisfied with 3. Babies let you know what they need.
