Bottle feeding questions - switching from breast

We're looking to transition our 3 month old to mostly bottles so my wife can get a break and I can help more with feeding. She's been exclusively breastfeeding but her supply is good and we want to pump and bottle feed. Has anyone done this? How long did it take to get him used to the bottle? Also are there certain bottles that work better or is it just trial and error? We've heard conflicting advice from everyone.

Dude, I'm going through the same thing right now with my 8 month old. We've been combo feeding and it's been a game changer for getting my wife some actual rest. Definitely ask your pediatrician about the best way to introduce bottles so she doesn't have supply issues.

That's awesome you're jumping in to help with feeding. My advice is take it slow with the transition and be patient, every kid is different with how they take to bottles. Your wife will appreciate the break more than you know.
