Bottle feeding vs breastfeeding - any bottled water dads here?

Wife had to go back to work earlier than expected and we're switching to formula/bottles. I was really hoping to share feeding duties but didn't want to admit it until now. Honestly I feel a little left out even though logically I know this is fine. Just wanted to see if other guys have felt weird about missing out on that bonding thing. Also does anyone have tips for getting bottles to the right temp without burning the hell out of your hand every time?
