Bottle feeding vs breastfeeding question

My wife and I are trying to figure out the feeding situation and feeling a bit lost. She's thinking about pumping so I can take some of the nighttime feedings but we're not sure if it's worth the hassle. Also concerned about costs and making sure our daughter is getting enough. Anyone here use pumps or exclusively bottle fed? What worked for your family? Any tips would help.

New dad here too, six weeks in. We're actually doing combination feeding and it's been a lifesaver for us. Takes pressure off your wife and lets you be more involved in feeding. Just saying it's an option worth considering.
Combination feeding worked great for us. My wife could breastfeed when she wanted and I could take a bottle feeding run so she could actually sleep. Gave us both flexibility and reduced the pressure on mom.
