Broke down crying today and my 2yo asked if I was okay

Been a rough week. Just got the boys (3.5 and 2) to bed finally around 8:30pm after being on my own all day while wife was at a work thing. They were FERAL. The 3yo wouldn't listen to anything, the 2yo spilled an entire cup of milk on the kitchen floor right as I was sitting down for 5 mins. Just lost it. Started crying in the kitchen and my 2yo comes over and pats my face asking "daddy sad?" Made it worse tbh but also kind of beautiful? Never thought I'd have these feelings on the "hard day" job. Salute to all the stay-at-home parents, you're heroes.
