Quick question - how many naps is your 3-4 month old taking and how long? Mine seems all over the place. Some days 3 solid naps, sometimes 4-5 short ones. Can't find a rhythm. Using Huckleberry app but honestly it's not giving me much clarity. What does your schedule look like?
4 month old here doing roughly 3-4 naps. Could be 30 mins, could be 2 hours, completely depends on the day. Whitnose machine and blackout curtains help consistency more than anything else I tried.
At 14 weeks you're still in the phase where it's just kind of chaotic. Mine went from 5 short naps to 3 solid ones around 4.5 months. Try not to overthink it too much yet, their sleep is still very irregular.
Mine's 16 weeks and doing 3 naps ranging from 45 mins to 2 hours. Some days it's all over the place though so don't stress if yours isn't consistent yet. That schedule stuff settles down more around 5-6 months.
We had the same chaos at that age. I was tracking everything and losing my mind. Talked to our pediatrician and she said it settles down soon. Just roll with it for now and stop looking at sample schedules online because those made me feel like I was doing it wrong.

The 'all over the place' thing is totally normal at that age. Wake windows are still short and irregular. What matters more is total daytime sleep hours rather than the nap schedule being perfect.
