Had my first real blowout yesterday. Somehow poop got up the baby's back and I have no idea how that's even physically possible. Changed the outfit, changed the diaper, changed MY shirt. Why did nobody warn me about this in the hospital class?

Oh man, the first blowout is a rite of passage. They go everywhere. Clothes, the bassinet, you name it. Now you're prepared for anything.

Welcome to the blowout club. That up the back thing is somehow physics that no one warns you about. It happens at least once and you're like how is this possible.

Poop defies gravity with babies. I've seen it defy physics multiple times with three kids. You start to just accept it.

The back blowout means the diaper wasn't fitted right or baby had a growth spurt. Either way you've got this now that you've been baptized.
