Does anyone actually use those baby apps?

So many recommendations for tracking sleep, feeding, diaper output, etc. Tried one for a week and it felt like another job. Now I just... trust that if she's eating and pooping she's probably fine? Are we supposed to be more detailed than that or am I being negligent?
