My son slept for 7 straight hours last night at 3 months old. I kept waking up panicking that something was wrong lol. Went in to check on him like 4 times. Wife told me to relax and just enjoy it but I was convinced he stopped breathing or something. Guess the dad worry never really goes away?
Seven hours at 3 months is legit impressive. Enjoy this win because the sleep schedule changes like crazy as they grow, so appreciate it while it lasts.
That's huge at 3 months, you must have been exhausted but also freaked out haha. We did the same panic checks when ours finally slept through, totally normal reaction.
This is the milestone right here. You're entering a new era. Pretty soon he'll be sleeping longer and you'll actually feel human again.

Dude I felt that panic so hard when my son first slept through. Your brain is just wired to worry at this stage. Enjoy those extra hours of sleep though.
