Wife had a doctor appointment today and I was solo with our 3 month old son for 4 hours. I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous. But we did it. We fed, changed diapers, had some tummy time, I did a load of laundry, we even went for a walk. He cried a little bit but nothing I couldn't handle. I think I've been overthinking this whole dad thing. Turns out I can actually take care of my own kid without a manual. Feeling pretty accomplished right now.

That's awesome man, seriously. Those first solo runs are nerve wracking but you crushed it. Wait till you realize you can actually handle way more than you thought - that's when it gets fun.

Dude this gives me so much hope. My son is 6 weeks old and I'm already dreading when my wife has to leave me solo. So glad to hear it's doable.
