First night home and I'm terrified I'm gonna break him

Our son is 2 days old and every time I change his diaper or pick him up I feel like I'm made of glass. His head wobbles and I panic. His neck seems so fragile. I know logically babies are tougher than they look but my brain is not cooperating. Anyone else feel this way at first? Does it get better?

Dude you're gonna be fine. That feeling of being fragile is totally normal but babies are way tougher than you think. After a few weeks of diaper changes you'll feel like a pro.
