First night home tomorrow - freaking out a little

Wife and baby are coming home tomorrow afternoon and I'm nervous as hell. I know how to change a diaper and I've done some of the feedings in the hospital but this is different. At the hospital there are nurses everywhere. Tomorrow it's just me and my wife and this tiny human we're responsible for. Please tell me I'm not the only new dad who feels like this. Any last minute tips or words of encouragement?
